For 'penny slots' that's probably still significant though. But unfortunately it's still likely < 95% since I found that an article that stated: 'The online version of Buffalo is expected to have an RTP (return to player of 94.85%), which is higher than you will find in any land based casino.' I likely believe that statement to be true. Any 'penny slot' > 95% RTP is unheard of in land-based casinos.

This is why casinos go broke. If they set returns higher, people would play them more, and once they are addicted (which is actually pretty easy) they just play till their money is gone anyway.
